Workshop for interested educators who want to learn to model in 3D, 3D print and laser cut. Participants will learn how to design with Onshape, a free web-based computer-aided design (CAD) platform. Projects will include designing your own pendant or coaster for laser cutting and a simple 3D printed structure.

Attendees: OC STEM Ecosystem Members and MESA educators only. Not intended for students.

Parking – Anteater Parking Structure (Once you register for the workshop, a permit will be reserved in your name. Directions and parking instructions will be sent out in a subsequent email with your registration confirmation)
Lunch – Lunch will be provided. We can only accommodate a limited set of dietary restrictions. We will have vegetarian and gluten free options available. If you have dietary restrictions beyond that you will need to bring your own food. Also, because we will be working with electronic equipment beverages without a secure container will be prohibited.
