How do you define STEM?

STEM is a different way to teach concepts that allows students to have a hands-on learning experience. It ties everything into one. They see how what they are learning will help them in real life.

What inspires you?

Seeing students have those “ah ha” moments inspires me. Seeing them make connections and flourish in our classrooms.

I you were able to be an Olympic athlete in any sport, which sport would you choose and why?

I would be a snowboarder on a half pipe because I would be out in the cools now and do the exhilarating jumps and twists and turns.
