District leadership teams will work through the process of assessing their science education programs and identifying priorities to enhance student achievement in science.

An effective science education program is the bridge to science literacy for all students—and ultimately for all citizens. Working together, we can provide a well-supported, inquiry-based science education program to students across Orange County. Join us in this first step to assess your district’s current science education program and identify your future priorities.

Who:

A six-person leadership team comprised of a district administrator, a school site administrator, science teachers, or curriculum specialists (representing elementary, middle, and high school) and one community member who has played a significant role in science education in your district.
